Exchanges and Returns
Once the order has been received, the customer has 15 days to return or exchange the item. The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, except for quality / error reasons on Made In’s part.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Place your unused item in its original packaging, with the return form completed (the form is received with your order).
Send the item to the address indicated on the form by any carrier you see fit. In the event that Made In is responsible for postage for the reasons indicated above, you will receive collection instructions by email / telephone (Carrier, Date of collection, Code and label for collection).

SIMPLIFIED CTT RETURN:
Made In offers simplified returns by CTT, at a cost of €3.99, which is borne by the customer. Simply follow the link: https://submission.ctt.loop-os.com/?instance_id=310
To use this service, customers must go to the dedicated page on the CTT website, select the store where they made the purchase and fill in the information required for the return, such as the order number, date, address details and reason for the return. After paying for the shipment online, customers receive a return code, allowing the order to be delivered without the need to print any documents or shipping labels. The return can be made at one of the 3,000 CTT Delivery Points, including CTT stores, CTT points, Payshop agents and Locky lockers.
EXCHANGE / REFUND DEADLINES:
Upon receipt by us, we will deal with it within an average of 3 working days.
If you want to exchange it for an item of a lower value, you will be issued with a voucher that can only be discounted in online stores, except for the cost of postage, subject to a maximum period of 180 days for the discount. Returns are not possible.
In the case of returns, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the order (indicate the IBAN if the payment was made by bank transfer).
Please note that returns by credit card/bank transfer can take up to 10 days, depending on the processing banks. Through Paypal within 3 working days.
THROUGH OUR PHYSICAL STORES
Once you have received confirmation from our customer service that you can exchange the item in a store, you must go to the store indicated with the item properly packaged in the original package along with the return form. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value. For a refund, you will have to leave the item and wait for the process indicated above.
