TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PREAMBLE
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed between:
BF TO WOMAN, with registered office at Rua do Matadouro Regional, Lote 22, R/C, Várzea, 2005-002 Santarém, Portugal, NIF 516 247 336, contact +351 210 523 500, hereinafter referred to as “Made In Online Store”,
and
any person making purchases through the website, hereinafter referred to as “User”.
- The parties agree that purchases made through the website will be governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT
These terms and conditions aim to define all information regarding:
- Order
- Sale
- Payment
- Delivery
They regulate all stages of the purchase process and ensure its correct follow-up between the parties.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
The User places their order through the website, following these steps:
- Registration on the website, providing the requested data
- Login with email and password
- Filling in the necessary information:
Delivery and billing address
Shipping method
Payment method
Tax data (name and NIF)
The final confirmation of the order implies:
- Full acceptance of the prices and product description
- Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Additional conditions:
- Orders are subject to stock availability
- In case of stockout, the User will be informed as soon as possible
- Invoice data is the responsibility of the User and cannot be changed after issuance
Order validity:
- Period: 7 days (except for campaigns with a different period)
After this period:
The order may be cancelled
The payment may be refunded or applied to a new order
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
The Made In Online Store provides the following payment methods, via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Multibanco reference
- Bank transfer
Conditions:
- The card is debited after shipment confirmation
In case of stockout, the amount will be refunded after the order is closed
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
- Delivery time: up to 7 business days after order confirmation
- Carrier: CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A.
- Shipping costs: added to the order value
(Shipping costs should be indicated separately.)
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
- All prices are in Euros (€)
- Include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of payment
Price changes:
If a price change occurs after the order:
- The User will be informed
- They may choose to:
Keep the order (paying the difference)
Cancel the order
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Cancellation or return requests are analysed on a case-by-case basis.
Procedure:
- The request must be sent to: support@madein-shops.com
- Period: up to 14 days after the order
Instructions will be provided by Made In Online Store via email.
Refunds:
- Preferably by the same payment method
- If not possible:
Proof of payment will be required
Indication of account/card ownership
- Refund period: up to 3 business days
Article conditions:
- Must be in saleable condition
- Without signs of use, damage or alterations
Value differences in exchanges:
- Adjustment conditions will be communicated by Made In Online Store

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.
