PREAMBLE

1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between BF TO WOMAN, with headquarters at Rua do Matadouro Regional, Lote 22, R/C, Várzea, 2005-002, Santarém, Portugal, tax identification number 516 247 336 and contact +351 210 523 500, hereinafter referred to as "Made In Online Store" and persons wishing to make purchases through the website https://www.madein-shops.com/ hereinafter referred to as "User".

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website https://www.madein-shops.com/ will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

  1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding the ordering, sale, payment and delivery methods for purchases made on the website https://www.madein-shops.com/
  2. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to place an order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

  1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website https://www.madein-shops.com/, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:

To submit their order, the User must: a) Register on the website https://www.madein-shops.com/, providing the requested information. b) Log in (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the User at the time of registration). c) Complete the information and choose the options provided throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the Tax Identification Number and name that, for tax purposes, should appear on the invoice).
  3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
  4. The Made In Online Store will honour orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. In the absence of product availability, the Made In Online Store undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
  5. The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
  6. Order requests are valid for 7 (SEVEN) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different period, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used in a new order.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

  1. On the website https://www.madein-shops.com/, the Made In Online Store offers the User the following payment methods via Shopify Payments and Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda: a) MBWay;
  2. In the case of credit card payment, the debit will be made on the User's card immediately after confirmation of goods dispatch. If some ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User's card after the order is closed.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

  1. Orders will be delivered within 7 working days after the order is placed. Delivery is carried out by CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A.
  2. Shipping costs will be added to the order.

INDICATE VALUES ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

  1. Prices are understood to be in Euros, with taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force at the date of payment of the order.
  2. Should there be an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (by paying the difference) or to cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN

  1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by the Made In Online Store. The request must be submitted in writing to the email address support@madein-shops.com, within 14 days of the order, and instructions for cancellation or return of goods will be responded to and defined by the Made In Online Store, through the same means of communication.
  2. Whenever possible, the refund should be made through the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and ownership of the account or card, so that the refund can be made by bank transfer.
  3. The Made In Online Store undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of 3 working days.
  4. Returned products must be in saleable condition, meaning in the same condition in which they were received by the User, without any anomaly or damage.
  5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the order, the settlement conditions will be indicated by the Made In Online Store.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

The processing of your data is carried out in compliance with personal data protection legislation. This data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the BF TO WOMAN database(s) and is intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be provided by them. Its provision is optional, and the right of access, rectification and cancellation of any data directly related to you is guaranteed, under the terms of the law, personally or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website.
