EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
After receiving the order, the customer has 15 days to request an exchange or return of an item.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of quality defect or Made In error.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of modified items or items showing signs of use.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- Place the unused item in its original packaging.
- Include the duly completed return form (sent with the order).
- Send the item to the address indicated on the form, using a carrier of your choice.
If the return is Made In's responsibility (error or defect), you will receive instructions by email or phone with:
- Carrier
- Collection date
- Code and label
PROCESSING TIMES
After receiving the item, the process will be handled within an average of 3 business days.
Refunds
- Made using the same payment method used for the purchase
- Bank transfer payments require an IBAN
- Timelines:
Card/Transfer: up to 10 days (depending on the bank)
PayPal: up to 3 business days
Exchanges
- If you exchange for an item of lower value, a voucher will be issued:
Valid only in the online store
Usage period: 180 days
Does not include shipping costs
It is not possible to refund the remaining value
EXCHANGES IN PHYSICAL STORES
After customer support confirmation:
- Go to the indicated store with:
Item in original packaging
Return form
Conditions:
- Exchanges only for items of equal or higher value
- For refunds: the item must be delivered and the process follows the timelines indicated above
ORDERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (OUTSIDE PORTUGAL)
We accept exchanges and returns within the indicated period.
Conditions:
- Item in perfect, unused condition
- Shipment with completed return form
- Shipment to the indicated address
Shipping costs
- Always borne by the customer
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders placed outside the European Union are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
DEFECTS / QUALITY CONTROL
To report a defect, you must fill out the form:

- Fill in all fields (name, email, and subject)
- Indicate how you obtained the item
- Describe the defect
Mandatory photos:
- Photo of the item
- Photo of the defect
- Photo of the sole
